Feta Cheese Block Moulds

The Feta cheese block moulds are made of a special blend of polypropylene (food graded).

 

Our company distributes them in Greece and in the wider Balkan region, in cooperation with a French Company.

 

1. Block mould in grouping 2X5, with one closed frame. Every single mould has dimension 220X110 (clear height 165mm).

 

2. Filling funnel for the above mentioned block mould, made of a special blend of polypropylene (food graded).

 

3. Block mould in grouping 2Χ3, 120⁰, R200, clear height 165mm.

 

4. Filling funnel for the above mentioned block mould, made of a special blend of polypropylene (food graded).

 

5. Block mould in grouping 2X6, with one closed frame.

 

6. Round block mould in grouping 5X9 with diameter Ø84mm and clear height 93,7mm.

 

Its external dimensions are: 989 X 557mm.

 

ADVANTAGES OF FETA CHEESE BLOCK MOULDS

 

The quality of the material. Perhaps this is the only mold with material that it is certified according to the highest standard United States of America (FDA).

 

The quality of the material, beside the hygienic, allows also better “welding” of the moulds, easier washing as well as durability in time.

 

There is a patent from the French company, so when stacking the moulds, the whey drained out from the upper mould, falls out of the mold that is underneath, and not inside.

 

There are special draining holes at the corners of the mould, in order for the cheese to fall evenly and not to “snag” on the corners.

 

**The corners of the mould are rounded, so the cheese wont “snag” and not “fold” during reversing.
