- Design, supervision, organizing the construction (in cooperation with the technical department of the company), improvements in the production process and the infrastructure in the old factory at Polikastro Kilkis.
- Design – studies (engineering), licensing, specifications, offer’s collection, equipment evaluations, project management, electromechanical supervision in the new factory of the company (investment amount: 35 million euro), at Limnotopos – Polikastro.
- Detailed technical reports for the preparation of EU investment programs.
- Study – design – supervision of construction – automation – operation of a complete feta production line with capacity 35.000 l/h milk.

Τhe owner of Praxis Commercial – Engineering, being the technical director of the company MEVGAL SA (1985 – 1992), studied, designed (engineering) and supervised the construction of all projects carried out in the specific milk industry, during the above mentioned period. At that time, MEVGAL had technical service with 60 qualified technicians.
